Water pressure may be too high, try partially closing the inlet tap to reduce the flow.
Take out the dispenser drawer and check if the outlet hole is blocked.
If necessary remove the top cover of the machine,(power off) and disconnect the flexible hoses from the dispenser. Check if theyre blocked. The dispenser itself can be separated - generally held together with plastic clips. Clean out any crud or hardened detergent. Also check the hose which runs from the dispenser tray to the drum for internal blockages.
