I have a Hotpoint WT721 that would not empty and displayed the F-05 code. After removing the blockage in the pump / filter and reassembling it would still not drain and just gives the F-11 code. I am assuming the pump has failed / burnt out as it was trying to drive but couldn't due to the blockage. I have ordered a replacement - will this fix it, just replacing the unit or will I have to do something else to "reset" the machine and clear the F-11 code ?
hi i have a htpoint wt721 the power light will not come on but the door locks when you switch the power on i have re fit the pump wire and this dose not resolve the problem can you help
