The relay on the power module board clicks (clicks sound to come from output relay) but the drum motor fails to turn. The motor and wiring seem ok. The high power resistor in the power module gets much hotter than I would have expected. Is it a power module fault? Can I get a circuit diagram and repair the power module or do I have to get a replacement?

Sounds as if a replacement unit is in order.....dont attempt to repair. Too specialist a job and too risky - mains voltage present at several points on the board.
