Bread in Panasonic breadmaker no longer rises?

I've been baking really good loaves for years and now every loaf is flat or slightly risen on one side. I've tried fresh flour and fresh yeast and nothing works. Has anyone got any suggestions as to what has gone wrong with my breadmaker?

I don't have a panasonic, but my bread stopped rising and I have determined that the pin that the doughball pushes against for resistance is somehow stripped and pops out of the pan during knead, not giving proper mix/knead

Did you get and answer- I have the excact same problem? I suspect the element is failing?

Have you got a temperature problem? If the dough is mixing properly, and the flour and yeast are fresh, try placing about half of the mixed dough in a bowl covered with a tea towel in a warm place. If this dough rises and the other portion in the breadmaker doesn't then there is probably a heater/temperature control problem with the breadmaker.
