Have you been filling your freezer too full and covering the vents that blow the cool air into it. this causes a build up of ice at the back of your freezer and covers the thermostat. The thermostat then thinks the fridge is cold enough. Try unpluging and 'defrosting' your frost free fridge/freezer for 24hrs or longer if you can. Failing this take the drawers out and see if there is a panel you can take out to get at the ice to melt it. Hope this helps.

It must be running too long. Probably a faulty thermostat.
