BMW Business CD Player display repair?

The pixels on the display of my BMW Business CD43 CD player have started to 'leak'.
Does anyone know if these displays can be repaired, and if so, recommend a company who are able to carry out the repair?

Use a blow dryer on the display, be careful though do not melt anything, just warm, then rub the display flatly (while the radio is on)
