cold radiator?

all radiators in house get quite hot bar 1 which is upstairs and last in chain. how can this b fixed?

Could be a stuck pin on a t/static valve.

if you have tried bleeding the radiator, try closing the other radiators down abit to let the water get to the last radiator

look up 'balancing radiators', the rads before this one in the chain may be taking all hot water, you need to balance them by reducing the water to the other rads by turning the lock shield valves on each one.. peace & Jesus Died for your sins - Accept his Gift of love he offers you!!!!

Probably the cold rad needs to be bled - i.e. open bleed screw or screws and let air out (when circulation pump is running).
