Baxi Bahama 100 Central heating wont fire up?

I have checked most items cannot get pump to fire up in central heating mode followed trouble shooting steps and leads me to pressure switch fault which works properly. I would like any ideas on this getting frustrated now

What I need to know is what it needs to see for the pump to receive a signal from the circuit board, the pump works okay for the domestic hot water. I have 2 bar in the rads and 1 bar of air pressure in the expansion tank, I seem to think it could be a faulty new timer but dont know what sort of voltage is should send as it is not on the fault diagnosis

i would check to see if power is coming to pump, if so remove cover or grub screw check to see if motor is turning.
