Randall 102 Time Clock not functioning correctly?

My Randall 102 time clock has 2 faults....(1) the time clock is not going round, its "ticking" but not moving;(2) when "heating and hot water" or just "hot water" is selected, the water does not heat up...however, it used to!
Any ideas...? Could replacing the timer solve these problems? Any help much appreciated

Easiest clock ever to change. No need for an electrician. As long as you get the same clock you just undo the screw underneath pull the unit upwardly and it slides off the backplate. Then just slip the new module on the existing backplate and refit the screw.Done in two minutes flat
