My washing machine keeps coming up with F-08 fult when i start any cycle.

Is there anyone who knows what the fault code means and how to fix it?

I had a previous fault F-01 and was told by repair man that this was just because i was over using it? Is that correct?

F-08 Heater relay stuck.
The relay is the item that switches the heater on. Its a small black rectangular component on the main board. Power off. Try tapping it sharply.
Possibly a duff connection on one of the board connectors. Power off, remove covers, disconnect circuit board connectors and clean with toothbrush. May help to tighten them with a pair of pliers. Clean off any corrosion or crud, refit and test.
