No Picture on JVC Hdd Camcorder?

My JVC HDD Camcorder has full power and when connected to a computer i can see all my pictures and films but the screen on the camcorder is just white like it's getting no data or something and just the back light is working. Can anyone tell me how to fix this.

mine was doing the same thing. go on jvc website. there is a fault they are fixing free of charge till end of December. You might be eligible for this.
