How do I open the door on a newly delivered Diplomat ACA 9102 Dishwasher, new out of the box ??

Hi Bob, it is just a clasp catch so just put your hand in the cut out at the front of they grey panel and pull, there are no locks or anything.If you still have a problem,give extracare a ring on 08457 959722 and they will send an engineer.All the best.
