call in an Oftec engineer you'll need it cleaned out and the combustion gases tested to set it up properly.

yeah.. when was it last serviced, have you messed with the settings on the burner, and have you had a oil delivery lately (wrong or contaminated oil maybe?)

hi i take it you have a oil RDB rello burner it may be that the nozzel needs to be changed it also may need a service has this been done?.
