04 1.9tdi Ford Galaxy?

Hi, my Galaxy is blowing smoke through a pipe underneath the rear wishbone (not the exhaust). The pipe is about 1/2 inch in diameter and is connected to a box fitted to the passenger side underneath near the rear jack point. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

this is the auxillary heater and comes on when the ambient temp drops below 10 deg.you get a jet whirring noise and this is totally normal
