cold/luke warm water?

I have a main medway multipoint boiler.I turn on the hot water tap, warm water to start with then goes cold even though boiler remains fired up. Any ideas PLEASE!

Thanks Tony. Got new diaphragm,easy to fit, cost £15.00. Sorted!

Sounds like the Diaphragm has shot.They perish inside the water housing.
