light blows breaker at board?

i connected a light and a 1 way light switch in a cupboard, the wiring is correct and when the switch is switched everything works properly(wiring wise) but when i insert the lamp into the holder and flick the switch, the earth leakage switch blows on the distribution board? its only when a lamp is inserted that it blows,do you have any ideas what may cause this??

it is incorrectly wired and when bulb is inserted that makes the bad connection.

You should not fiddle with things like this if you have no idea what you are doing so desist ...starting from now !

Your claim, "the wiring is correct" is false - the wiring is obviously dangerous and should be inspected and corrected by a qualified person.
