How do I fix my Bosch SGS5302?

I have a Bosch SGS 5302. We have had it for a few months running with no problem daily. Yesterday the wash cycle seemed finished but the dishes weren't clean, the dirty water hadn't drained and the 7-segment display indicated 'dry' cycle. I checked the pump wasn't blocked and rotated freely by hand and the outlet hose wasn't blocked. The outlet hose has a (Bosch) extension on it so I was able to separate it and blow in both directions. It was free toward the drain but there was resistance toward the machine. I imagine this is normal?
I turned it off at the mains in the hope it would reset with no luck.
Can anybody help, Please.
