How can I fix my JBL PB10 Subwoofer?

Subwoofer will not recognize an input signal and turn on. The subwoofer was working fine and then the indicator lights remained red with no operation. The lights will not turn green. The fuse on the circuit board is good. I tried both the line level input as well as the speaker level input.
