HOTPOINT 9934 MOTOR NOT RUNNING?

hello the fault will lie with a blocked pump not allowing the programmer to advance.
this can be fixed for free, put the machine on its side and with the help of a friend pull off the bottom hose. thats right just pull it off. remove any objects from the pump. put the hoses back and your off and away!
