I sort the channels into the order that i want them,but when i get the "Service unknown" message & i perform a manual scan to retrieve the missing channel,instead of just saving the data it says "Please wait for autosort & channel saving" & it re-sorts my channel list back into alphabetical order.I can go into user instalation,press yellow for powerscan,pull down to Fav.sort & change it to off & press exit,but i hear it just defaults back to on.I need to turn it off & keep it off.
