How do I get the filter out of my Beko 765S washing machine? ?

I have turned the filter housing round anti clockwise till it is loose, but it will not come out for cleaning.

pull it really hard it will come out as it is only on an anti-clockwise thread, it is probably debris holding it in so pull away!
