how can i turn on my Kenwood KDC-8080RSE car stereo?

my kenwood KDC-8080RSE car stereo will not turn on again after i changed my car battery. I have a remote thing which is supposed to get it working again. I have changed the battery in the remote but it still doesnt work. Is there a code that can be put in? or any way to bypass the remote?
