How do I get TV/ CD output from the console. I have no idea what the 3 output sockets are for at the back of the console. The Manual that came with the machine does not have idiot-proof details on how to set up the TV function

The 3 inputs at the back are for an AV connection.

Red & white left & right audio for speaker inputs.
Yellow for video input.

You can input a DVD player or freeview box etc, need the correct cables and connections.

I have one of these treadmills, in the manual does it mention anything about tuning in the TV? Can't seen to tune a channel I want.
