Our Fisher & Paykel Nautilus Dishwasher has displayed F1 what does it mean?

The dishwasher was also making a loud grinding noise
Thanks for your assistance!

F1 is flood switch has operated. This is located behind the lower trim panel near the middle of the opening and near to the front. Turn power off & remove plug from wall before working inside here. If bottom tray is wet you will need to dry it out & run machine with panel off & watch where water is coming from. One common location for water leaks is the basket rail rollers. Go over each one & tighten up any loose centre screws. Without hearing the noise I can't help you with that.
