Baxi 105E Patchy hot water?

Our CH works fine, but the HW comes on runs for a few minutes and then cuts off for a few seconds then comes on again ! System has been flushed but still problem happens. Any advice ?

hot water sensor, cheap and very easy diy job. sensor is on side of divertor assembly screwed in. turn off elec, turn off isolation valve for cold supply to boiler open hot tap. unscrew and swap for new sensor. nip up, open cold supply check for leaks shut hot tap and re-instate elec.
