my machine will not spin it sounds like something clattering in the pump like a coin stuck in there but there is no place to let it out like on most machines, i used the pump out programe but it does not push it out, any help?

firstly take drain hose and place in basin at floor level to empty water from appliance. you will have to access the pump directly, isolate power,remove back cover,tip machine forward and place basin underneath,remove black sump hose from bottom of tub ( jubilee clip ), remove filter from hose and clear debris. next remove other end of hose from pump and disconnect plug, the pump will then lift and slide out from machine.undo three torx screws on the pump and remove blockage (kirby grip most likely) reverse this procedure and away you go
