How can I fix my BAXI SOLO 240 PF boiler?

The central heating comes on okay, and switches off by thermostat. But when I switch the hot water on the water tank remains cool, but the radiators heat up, even with the central heating switched to off. Wierd!

when you switch the time clock on hot water on the radiators come on as well, the diverter value has been changed twice could it me electrical.

your motorised valve is not opening,burnt out motor find little lever on side of top eg white plastic or silver metel and move it to manual and clip it in its slot .
