I have a Ford Puma with a standard fit CD Player. Every time I put in a CD it says 'E11 Error' and will not play any CD. When I try to eject a disc it says 'No Disc' and will only eject after a lot of perseverance. Any idea how I can fix this?
Easy peasy (for me at least).
Disconnect the battery, then...
... reconnect the battery
Just done it to mine - all hunky dory.
The CD 'rebooted' - equivalent to turning a PC off and on again!
Delighted to save the time and expense of visiting a garage!

From the Ford workshop manual error code E11 is "SPI bus failure" rectification is to inspect the wiring for damage if thats OK replace the radio!! There was a guy on ebay repairing the cd part of the radio
