The potterton EP2002 does not allow you to have differenr ON/OFF times for heating and HW. You will need to change it for a different make/model.

you probably have a pumped heating/gravity hot water, which means you will get hot water when ever the heating is on. If this is the case, you can't just re-program your clock/programmer, it how the system is designed from day one and would require some plumbing work to be done. Not worth the hassel in my opinion.
