i shrunk my wool sweater; how can i stretch it back in shape?

I put my wool sweater in washer and dryer. Can anything be done to repair or re-shape it?

and remember not to put you sweaters in washer and dryer wash the with your hands and let them dry on a rope even if they will dry in 2-3 days.

listen carefully first wash your wool clothes only with cold water in your sink with your hands.then carefully leave it wet in a rope and it will stretch by it self.the water will make it heavier and as it will hang from the rope it will stretch again.then iron and you re done!this is an old Greek method!
