aquarius wf541 Wont turn off & ALL Lights Flash?

Hi there. We have a Hotpoint Aquarius wf541. All has been fine, and then this evening it was Flashing ALL of the lights, and wont turn off or even start a program.

Any Ideas?

P.S, Seems to be no blockage in the pump filter.
