Can anyone help me to fit a new door seal on my washing machine please. I need details of how to get the old one off and then on how to fit the new one in its place.

Hi, just taken old one off which was quite easy, However to fit one back was a bit more tricky. Make sure appliance is unplugged and take top off washer (two screws at back top on left & right). There are 2 wire loops to secure the seal to the machine. 1 is at the front when you open the door under the lip (loop with spring). Get a screwdriver & prise this off. The other is to secure the seal to the drum. This has a screw which you need to undo to slacken loop. Then just tug at seal to remove. Reverse the process in fitting a new seal but be more careful not to pierce anything.
