swing keel repair?

I have a Holder 14 with a swing keel. The part of the keel that pivots around the pin has broken, although the pin looks ok. The swing keel appears to be made of fiberglass. How to rebuild the pivot hole?

if it's made out of fiberglass you can get fiberglass and fill it all in and re-drill the hole . I would look at maybe reinforcing the hole somehow with a bushing of some sort or adding bracing in that area if breakage is a problem
