lighting a back boiler on a baxi bermuda 45/4m ?

i'm having trouble getting the boiler to light any ideas?

I think these have the aeration tube fitted,so the hole at the base of the tube could be linted up causing both the pilot to have gone out in the first place and the awkwardness of relighting it.The fire needs to be removed to access it so best to arrange for it to be serviced.
