My central heating won't work (My Baxi 100/2)?

Boiler fires when timer is switched on. Both pipes in and from the boiler are very hot. The hot water is working but no central heating. I don't know where the pump is (its not in the airing cupboard). Is it likely to be the pump or could there but some other reason?
thanks

My hot water works fine when I turn it on. When i turn my heating on the boiler will not fire up, but when I put the heating on with the hot water the heating will work for the same length of time it takes to heat the water (but not on all the radiators).

The 100HE pump is inside the boiler on the right hand side. Power down, Remove the 2 screws when the flap is down and the whole cover lifts off. Slacken 2 screws underneath and black panel folds forward to reveal pump. Take screw out of end of pump and use screwdriver to check it spins. Power up and see if pump is working (vibration).
