Fixing a leaking toilet?

Hi
My cistern model is Caroma Concorde 6-3 litres dual flush. I checked Caroma web site and watched a video on other model. Good explanation but when I tried to open mine, I cannot open the mechanisn to access the valve.
I will be please if you could provide me some instsructions on how to get to the valve?

My email address address is geoffcqvby@live.com

Turn off the tap feeding the cystern. Flush the toilet.Take the lid off the cystern. Remove the "L" shaped pin that holds the float arm to the valve mechanism by rotating it 90 degrees then pull the pin out. Lift out the float arm. Completely unscrew (anti-clockwise) the cap on top of the valve stem & lift the little valve body from the top of the stem. This item has a flat rubber ring attached (remove & replace) & also a small seal (11 mm diameter) inserted in the end. Remove this and replace. Re-assemble etc.

While waiting for forum replies you could go back to Caroma website and select 'contact us' and email your problem, if they value you as a present and future customer they will reply with a solution.
