hi there my hotpoint has started pumping water out of the soap powder box?

My Hotpoint Aquarius wf640 has started pumping water of the soap powder box and it wont finish its cycle - can anyone help.

blocked filter,isolate power, remove rear panel, tilt machine forward and place basin underneath sump hose, undo jubilee clip around sump hose, remove filter and clear sock/fluff, reassemble and away you go
