Please help! My screen display is really poor. My PC can be working fine but then the screen will randomly have blurred patches around ceratin areas of the screen. After a while, it will be ok again until the next time. Please help me get rid of this annoying problem!

Perhaps you can try another video card and see if the problem goes away.

I assume it's a CRT monitor?
I had one with similar symptoms. Shortly after it started to smoke.
