kds rad-7gs powered svga wiring?

I am trying to fix a kds lcd monitor with a fualty picture. This monitor is weird because it doesnt have a regular power cord. It has an adapter that plugs into the vga cable , My problem is that the vga cable is riped, i tried to conect same colored wires but, i cannot find where the red and 2 black cables go

The red cable is probably a coaxial one. It that's the case, it's the red component cable. It's center whire connect to pin 1 and the outside shell to any of the ground pin.
The same hold for the blue and green coaxial cables.

Black is ground. Pins 5(general), 6(red), 7(green), 8(blue), and 10(sync).
