It could be the pecker or it could be the pressure chamber blocked. Remove the top and find the pressure switch (a round object with wires and a hose connected) should be by the timer. Remove the hose, if you hear a click then the chamber is blocked, even if you don't hear a click try opening the door, if it opens it is the chamber which is at the bottom on the front of the container, this will need to be removed and cleaned out under running water,(don't just blow down the pipe as this is only a temporary fix and will clog again within a short time, a cure sometimes used by cowboys) while you are trying to open the door check the pecker is operating correctly (the little lever on top of the motor)it should hit on the belt or motor pulley and stop, if it misses or slips off it is wrong.
