all the channels have gone apart from 1 2 3 4 5 all the rest keep updateing but keep freezing and not compleating the up date wot do i need to do to get the channels back please help

i have the same problem when i reset my channels i noticed a channel that said you have an illegal set top box think they may have found a way to block. is there gonna be any new firmware?
