vokera linea 24 fault 07?

a vokera linea every now and then locks out and then comes up with error code 07. Have looked up on Vokera website and it says " Primary thermistor open circuit " what does this mean, how do I test it and if need be replace it.

My Linea plus is over heating and has been showing 02. I suspected the thermistor myself. But just by luck it has just flashed an error code of 07 which i suspect confirms this. Thanks for you help.

code 07 means the primary thermister is open circuit, it is not able to sense the resistance through it, it is located on the right hand side of the main heat exchanger with two brown wires going to it, should have a resistance of around 12kOhms at room temp(20 degs) needs to be drained down to be replaced, hope this helps
