Hi Tim, this is not really help, just sympathy. Ours did the same thing just yesterday. . .still working on finding out how many microwave experts it takes to change a lightbulb! We can't seem to get into it ourselves with all the Danger notices posted everywhere it's a bit scary, but if we figure it out, will let you know. Checked the fuse, checked it was plugged in etc.. . meanwhile, re-learning how to cook a meal with a regular oven!
