How do I fix Kodak DX4500?

There is no preview to the LCD screen when in preview mode, and when you take a picture, in preview mode or not, it is just blank/black. No the lens cap is not on. What is the problem, and how do I fix it?

Hi. Ian.

In my Kodak DC-3400, you have to go turn the camera dial to setup, then push the button to select the menu, then select on or off for preview. I believe that you can download the operations manual for your camera at http://www.kodak.com/. Your camera is probably a little different than mine, but I can't imagine they'd go to the expense and manhours to change it that much.
Hope this helps.
