Sounds like you have a blockage in either the sump, pump or outlet hose. If the hose is connected to the under sink waste trap (the u bend) it could be blocked with grease or fat. The sump is under the machine at the rear and it will need to be tilted forwards with the back panel removed to gain access. Before you do any thing put the end of the outlet hose in a bucket or bowl and sees if any water comes out, if it does the blockage is not in the machine. If not you will need to empty the drum of water first.
You may need to remove the top and disconnect the pressure hose from the pressure switch so you can open the door, next tilt the machine BACKWARDS so the door is uppermost and if the water level is below the door you can open it without getting wet. Empty the drum with a jug or cup into a bucket. When empty stand the machine upright and close the door, now tilt it forwards so you can get at the sump, place a shallow bowl or tray under it because water will come out. Remove the black hose under the container and inside it is the filter remove it and clean it out, if that is OK try the pump it may be blocked or jammed with a clip or cotton bud ect. BEFORE DOING ANY WORK ON THE MACHINE UNPLUG IT
