if your copier says it has a paper jam you cannot see it usually means either there is a tiny piece of ripped paper over a sensor or a paper path switch is stuck down.Try to find from the instruction booklet where e007 switch or sensor is in the machine then try to find what is causing this sensor to flag up a jam,look carefully into the area with a torch.If you cannot find where the sensor or switch is, look through the paper path at all sensors.you might find the paper folded up inside the exit area of the fuser (heater ) this usually occurs if black pages are being copied.Also you might find one of the covers has been left open slightly--not registering to the machine to reset jam file. you can try unplugging from wall for 10 seconds,hope this helps --do not know product but know copiers from old
