is it ok to fit a upvc door frame to brick work?

i have just brought a upvc door with frame and want to fix the frame straight on to the brick work were we are taking out the old door please help

no probs,just make sure bolt fittings etc go into the bricks and not the brickwork joints.much more secure.frame sealant,a few spacers to get/hold frame square/true..good job

yes you can fit door straight to brickwork,just make sure you fit frame level and square and us 3 or 4 screws down each leg.hope this helps
