hello babs.firstly take note of your model no and go to the mikomi website and look for a section called software downloads/ drivers. generally you have to enter your model no and then down load the driver. i have had similar problems with various products and i normally type in e.g " DRIVER FOR MIKOMI WEBCAM FOR VISTA/XP" do this in your google search engine. you should find the driver software form one of the sites available. if you still get no joy re write your question including the model no of your webcam. also include your windows operating system ( xp or vista etc) and i will try to find it for you. so keep visiting this page and await my reply. thanks merry xmas.

Sorry you need the disk. Mikomi is, despite its exotic eastern sounding name, actually an Argos Own Brand. So you will need to talk to Argos about a new disk. Good Luck!
