how to stop a Mira Excel shower dripping?

My Mira Excel shower drips continuously when turned off. What parts do I need to repair it and how do I fit them?

Would suggest you need a service kit, but give Mira technical a call to confirm. Its worth the cost of a phone call, have had previous dealings with them and found them to be really helpfull, and will supply parts direct.
