Kenwood Remote-Out Help !?

I have a kenwood car stereo -- anyway the remote out is not working, not even my antenna out! I heared there is some sort of IC or transistor that needs to be changed ... is this true ?

isnt working - what r u using it for?? if for powering a amp - use the 12V ( ignition) cable and attach it into the line - does exactly the same - i think its the red wire on the kenwood units as the yellow is 12 positive which is always live
